About Tracy Campbell • Principal Consultant
Tracy’s experience runs full spectrum with more than 20 years in various HR management roles. Tracy has taken on a lead HR position with a large community-based hospital and successfully turned things around during a recruitment crisis. She has effectively managed HR and organizational development teams, has been responsible for operating budgets up to $1.5 million, developed HR strategies, created policies, restructured departments, established HR help-desks, managed union and employee relations, supported agencies through mergers and closures, developed performance management, compensation and customized job evaluation programs, implemented HR audits and, supported agencies with legislative compliance.
After 19 years in the traditional work-force as a senior HR leader, Tracy changed gears in 2006 in order to dedicate her energy and expertise to the HIV/AIDS sector and has since worked with more than 30 organizations in the non-profit sector to provide interim, on-site HR management, HR training, coaching and advice for all areas of HR management. In 2007 Tracy launched a shared HR service for a group of non-profit agencies in Toronto followed by the creation of a province wide HR help desk, along with a web based HR tool kit customized to member agencies. Tracy and her associates have since delivered more than 30 HR skills training sessions and continue to provide clients with responsive HR support and advice.
Nancy Gaeta Biography
Nancy Gaeta is a solution focused HR professional with a proven track record and more than 18 years of senior HR experience. Nancy has successfully taken on the lead HR role for many clients and offers particular expertise in supporting and developing the HR component for smaller and start-up organizations. Nancy offers clients in-depth knowledge of HR research, design, facilitation, communication and project management. She has a unique blend for success combined with a strong passion to support organizations in reaching their full potential from a strategic HR perspective.
Nancy is a well rounded HR generalist with skills and expertise in all areas of the employee life cycle including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, organizational development, orientation, training, compensation and exiting. Her focus is on improving process, practice and structure to ensure the effective delivery of programs and services for organizations.
